Just wanted to give a quick shout out to everyone who stopped by the “Thirty” show this past Friday - thanks for dropping by and for all the support! It was great to see all my friends who stopped by and to talk to a bunch of rad people that I met for the first time.
Over the years I have attended hundreds of art openings and have never quite experienced anything like this. There was a line around the block - just to get in!

Thirty - This Friday!

“Thirty” is a one night group exhibition of small works that exists only between the hours of 7pm and 11pm on the night of December 7th. Just about everything in the show has something to do with the number 30… 30 artists had 30 days to create 30 pieces which will each sell for $30.00 - Cash and carry.
This one night only event is being held at OM Traditional Arts which is an arms reach from E. Burnside on NE 10th Ave. (map) If you find yourself at the Grass Hut, Moshi Moshi, Redux, Doug Fir or The Chesterfield this first Friday, then you are in close, close proximity.
